COVID-19 Delays

First and foremost I'd like to say thank you for visiting our site. Some orders are still being delayed due to supply chain and personnel availability issues. With social distancing and some stay-at-home orders still in place, we have had minimum personnel on-site. On the high-side, we are currently seeing delays as much as 10 business days from order placement to shipment.

Everyone is adjusting to new routines and the e-commerce sector has seen a massive increase in use, leading to weeks-long delays that are being felt industry-wide. The DTF Crew is determined to keep doing their best to catch up with the order volume we’re experiencing. We've been increasing our capacity, investing in fulfillment equipment, and working with our blank-apparel distributors to supply us with adequate stock levels. We really appreciate your understanding and know that having orders delayed is a huge pain. I really appreciate your patience and continued support for our organization as we continue to grow.
