COVID-19 Delays

First and foremost I'd like to say thank you for visiting our site. Some orders are still being delayed due to supply chain and personnel availability issues. We are experiencing an increase in orders similar to what we see during Black Friday Cyber Monday. Given that's a set time of year, we have an opportunity to prepare for that months in advance. With social distancing and some stay-at-home orders still in place, we have had minimum personnel on-site and been unable to scale up as we do during peak season. On the high-side, we are currently seeing delays as much as 10 business days from order placement to shipment for non-preorder items.

Everyone is adjusting to new routines and the e-commerce sector has seen a massive increase in use, leading to weeks-long delays that are being felt industry-wide. The DTF Crew is determined to keep doing their best and catch up with the order volume. We've been increasing our capacity, looking for backup facilities, investing in fulfillment equipment, and working with our blank-apparel distributors to supply us with adequate stock levels. We appreciate your understanding and know that having orders delayed is a huge pain. That is why I have directed that all customers who placed orders during the month of April and May will receive via email, a discount code for 15% off the total of their next order.
